MALIGNANT RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS
Tanım: Kayda değer iç organ lezyonlarıyla komplike romatoid artrit formudur. Vasküler lezyonlarla sık komplikasyonlar izlenir. Romatoid faktörler angiitis‘ten sorumludur.
Description: It is a rheumatoid arthritis form complicated with significant visceral lesions. Common complications are observed with visceral lesions. Rheumatoid factors are responsible for the angiitis.
Gerekçe: Vücudun kendi gama globulinlerine karşı gelişen oto-immün antikorların, romatoid faktörlerin (IgM, IgG ve IgA) uzaklaştırılması hedeflenir.
Reason: Autoimmune antibodies developing against body’s own gamma globulins, rheumatoid factors (IgM, IgG and IgA) are expected to remove.

Uygulama sayı ve/veya süresi: İşlemlerde plazma kolondan geçirilerek, 20 ml/dak‘yı geçmeyecek; kan ise 50 ml/dak‘yı geçmeyecek şekilde reinfüze edilir.
12 hafta boyunca haftada 1 işlem olacak şekilde bir kür tamamlanır (Adsorbtif sitaferez için haftalık birer işlem olacak şekilde 1 kür 5 işlemden oluşur).
Application number and/or duration: It is reinfused by passing the plasma through the column not to exceed 20 ml/min; and blood not to exceed 50 ml/min.
One cure is completed to be 1 treatment in a week during 12 weeks (For adsorbtive cytapheresis, one cure consists of 5 treatments to be 1 treatment weekly ).
